I think that it is safe to post about this now. Most of the people I see on a regular basis already know so, I'm pregnant. Yay! I'm 11 weeks along and not loving this first trimester. This baby is so different compared to my Avery pregnancy. Eating does not settle my stomach, it just feels upset all day. I get more headaches. I already can't sleep very well at night. And by not well I mean for only a couple of good hours each night. I don't crave burgers and fries and ice cream like last time. Instead I eat bread. Lot and lots of bread. And my weirdest symptom, that makes NO sense and has my stress level rising, is that sewing makes me sick. Literally, physically ill. And not just sewing, the very fabric I work with. So even looking at projects or even wearing items that I have made makes me feel ill. It sucks. But if I'm sick I know that I'm still pregnant, so I should count all of these things as blessings.
Due date: February 19. That makes the baby the year of the rabbit.
And for those of you wondering, yes, we will be having the baby in China. Clifford has a good hospital and I'll be checking it out when we get there. I still don't know the gender of the baby and I won't know until we get to China, so feel free to speculate. Joe thinks it's a boy. I have no idea.

This is why I can't sew while Avery is awake. All kinds of shenanigans ensue.
These pictures are the reason I want to move to Utah; mountains, kids that can play outside in the summer, family all around. You know, little stuff.
Avery's 4th of July outfit.
Watching the fireworks. The outfit did not last into the evening.
